Since it's the second comment saying this, I tested the links at my PC (using Firefox) and at my phone (both on Firefox and Chrome). In all the three I managed to download fine, just clicking something like "Ignore this warning" when it appeared. If the problem is the red page saying Zippy is a web forgery, try reading the thread a little bit.
With the testing I noticed something, though: the ads at Zippyshare are kinda out of hand to be honest.
I hadn't seen this since I mostly use Firefox on my PC with Adblock, so I get no ads whatsoever, but on the phone it opened 3 tabs of ads and one were kind of shady.
So my advice is: Firefox + Adblock and preferably in a desktop (even though it souldn't be any news for most of you).

But regarding the quality I have to warn you, it's what we call a bad transcode.
Even though it appears as a 320 mp3 there's no doubt it was actually a 128 that was later encoded again, something that not only doesn't bring the quality back to 320 but actually makes it a tiny bit worse than it was.
So maybe if you still have the original CD maybe you could rip it again? (But if what you have is a burned CDR than it probably explains the transcode situation and ripping it again wouldn't change anything).
