Dan wrote a 150pg book about a supposed historical figure who was a leader of a nihilistic cult, but there's no evidence of it for reasons explained in the book. Dan's a history professor now and im convinced he made it up himself which is still really impressive cause it goes hand in hand with the album perfectly.
