I like all his stuff except for Nymphomaniac, I also have no interest in seeing Antichrist. Melancholia and Dogville are his best work, with Breaking the Waves coming close.

Really? i like his camerawork and storywriting for the most part, but i agree that his movies can be pretty unbearable a lot of the time which i think is his intention. He literally shot scenes while he was nude and would antagonize the cast to create tension and discomfort on the set of Dogville, Bjork said she never wanted to act again after working with him. He's not my favorite director but he's good at doing what he's trying to accomplish.

I agree with you when it comes to Antichrist, Melancholia, and Dogville, but i thought Nymphomaniac was decent because of it's shot composition and camerawork -- not so much the content. Still haven't seen Breaking the Waves.

I've seen Dogville and it was decent, haven't seen Melancholia, and Nymphomaniac was awful. I didn't like Antichrist much either
