I think you guys are missing the fact that this is a good score. Anything above a 7 is a good score in my opinion. Anything above around an 8.5 is a masterpiece.

I dont remember his name but p4k used to have 1 writer who would review anco during the golden anco years all the way up until tomboy. His reviews were pretty good considering it was pitchfork but ever since he stopped reviewing them, it seems like they get these writers that dont even know what they are talking about. I think all they were trying to say was that he was seen by many as the "useless" member by a lot of fans for a long time. Don't try to deny that - whole fucking memes were based off the fact that he apparently didn't contribute much (which was erroneous).
Now obviously people were wrong about that, but you can't deny that he was viewed that way by multiple people (many who post on /mu/)
