no, the jimi hendrix experience disassociated in 1968. jimi made gypsy sun and rainbows around woodstock-era. he then broke that up and made band of gypsys (hendrix's last album, live). band of gypsys broke up after buddy miles was fired and then the new jimi hendrix experience was made and lasted until hendrix's death (this band eventually recorded material from cry of love)

OTC became Circulatory System (their debut I consider a masterpiece also)
They weren't really my bag of chips when they came out, but New Radicals (you only get what you give) put out one album that was a huge success critically and commercially then fucked off
I like that one song now, but don't really wanna call the album a masterpiece but it's pretty good
