No it isn't, you're just a lazy fuck. I organised 2TB not long ago.
Is this a hoarders anonymous thread?
no it's not m8
do it one at a time a little each day whenever you feel like listening to something
for now store it in a large folder called misc
it's always good to have a pre-misc folder as well as a post-misc folder. what you are currently actively listening to is what you can keep organized. when things start building up too much, you move them into the post-misc folder, which can easily be replaced. the pre-misc folder has unformatted junk that will be brought into the current folder little by little.
without these two spillage categories you're fucked. so right now i think you're in a good place. almost jealous of you

I have more important things to do in my life. is there a program that can tag/rename music properly by itself?
>>64123715
problem is, the messy folder is growing faster than I can organize it

thanks for your input, I'll try this
>>64123737
my current folder has 3 albums in it right now just so you know
what i'm talking about is a general principle of organization. deleting things/throwing things away all the time is actually not a good idea because things can become useful. but you need a very well organized focal point.
how much of that are you going to listen to? what albums do you want to listen to tomorrow? name and format those
>>64123788
not a bad idea actually
