ITT: Post one of your favorite pleb albums
Mayer's a pretty gifted musician so even if he's popular with teen girls that doesn't mean his stuff is pleb.

>so even if he's popular with teen girls that doesn't mean his stuff is pleb.
yes it does
it's possible for talented people to make pleb stuff, just take 3/4 of the red hot chili peppers for example

You sound insecure, friend.

You not liking it =/= being bad
When will /mu/ learn?

Who /momrock/ here?

Objectively a good album.
He got worse over time.
>>64062546
Yup. At least his drumming in QotSA was still solid as fuck.

This the the objectively best project that Dave Grohl has been in.

Music isn't pleb, only the listeners
When will /mu/ learn?
Coldplay may be quintessential pleb, but I fucking adore this record.

I think Blur still counts as Pleb music though. Doesn't mean it's bad, just that it is accessible, effortless mainstream music for listeners who don't want to put in the effort to discover and understand more profound music.

Listened to it five years ago and thought it was great. Kinda just think it's merely good nowadays, but still damn good.
Not in my top 10, but maybe in my top 30 or so albums. Shit's great.

>I think Blur still counts as Pleb music though
It doesn't because see >>64062877
>just that it is accessible
Not what pleb means
>effortless mainstream music
Not what pleb means
>listeners who don't want to put in the effort to discover and understand more profound music
Now you're gettin it.
Also I don't think you've heard much blur if you think they are accessible, effortless and not profound.
Everyone has a few.

SftD is so much better though.

my observation is that there's more room for squares, in fact.
>>64064304
they have a greatest hits album for a reason, anon
I never listened to the full album, but I like a handful of songs
>>64064331
Not arguing that every song that make is phenomenal, but these are all better than anything from their first album, imo. "Better but less reliable" is the worst you can pin to the Grohlmeister.
her early stuff was better, but I still enjoy this album. Sia is a great talent

I really hope that the lead singer is back to doing coke for the next album. Their music is always better when he is all hopped up and spewing loud, fast nonsense.
>>64064404
>coke
aren't they a christian band, or am i confusing them with someone else?
that second disc though
