It's objectively Black Thought. The only reason he isn't in many top 10's is because his true skills come out in features. I'm a huge The Roots fan, but the instrumentals don't compliment Thought as well as they could. If you don't know what I mean, look up Extradite by Freddie Gibbs and Wishin' II by Prhyme. Seriously, when this guy drops his solo album it's gonna break the game.
Then again, GZA is most certainly top 5 of all time so that wouldn't be a bad choice.
