Why is the best Radiohead song Sit Down, Stand up?
>>64030784
Because it is.
>>64030784
Right after Optimistic, yes.
>>64030931
not even the best song on the second side of Kid A
the best radiohead song is climbing up the walls
The National Anthem
>>64030784
Not even the best song on that album. Great song though
>>64030784
Not sure if joking but SDSU is legit one of my favorite Radiohead songs.
Something about that piano riff just worms it's way into brain.
>>64030971
this is such an underrated song, wtf. probably the best from kid a.

>Lucky
>No Surprises
>15 Step

>>64030972
Okay my good man I'm actually gonna have to disagree with this. What songs do you put above Sit Down from HTT?
>>64030992
It kind of is, I used to fuuuuucking hate it. Have grown to love it too, especially the live version with Jonny's creepy radio bits he does at the beginning.
Then when I saw them do it live they immediately switched up to Hunting Bears as the outro which was goddamn incredible.
>>64030992
>The National Anthem
>underrated
>>64031020
i'm not him but there there, a wolf at the door and 2 + 2 = 5 are some great ones.

well I mean nothing from Kid A is "underrated" (except maybe treefingers and the title track) because of how critically acclaimed it is, but I think the national anthem is easily better than optimistic, EIIRP, and idioteque. all which are often called the best songs from the album.
>>64031103
Reckoner is awesome.
Let Down is probably my favorite off of OK Computer.
>>64031103
Let Down is purely magical. I have no other words to describe that song.
Videotape take the record as their most underrated song though. No debate.
>>64031118
Kid A's title track I don't think is that underrated, seems universally loved by Radiohead fans to me, and RH themselves.
>tfw Motion Picture Soundtrack never gets any love
I THINK YOU'RE CRAAAAAAAZY

>All I Need

;___;
motion picture soundtrack could have been substantially improved if thom's melody when he sings at the end "in the next liiiiiiiife". rather than sustaining the note he should changed it up a bit. otherwise a choon.
>>64031313
>what is King of Limbs
>>64031313
they've always been very poppy, the only albums where they really do weird shit is like, parts of amnesiac and the king of limbs. what radiohead comes down to is great sonics and great songwriting. it's why TKOL sucks so much - because the songwriting behind it weak as fuck. bloom and separator are the only truly good songs on there.
hopefully their next album is better.
>>64031411
Cmon man, Lotus Flower.
Otherwise yeah. (Also Feral is kind of a cool afrobeat tribute thing but I get why people aren't exactly creaming their pants over something like that.)
