youd love vaporwave and its ilk, specifically vektroid (macintosh plus, laserdisc visions, etc), internet club, and james ferraro's far side virtual as the bastions of the microgenre
alternatively ferraro's other works and tim hecker are experimental but not necessarily internet-based, which are also very good

I'm not sure on genre, but Laurel Halo is another great artist that's loosely related. Listen to Quarantine it's really good.
