Nah. It's just a thematic thing. In a way it's similar to when people say that movies like 12 Years a Slave or Hateful 8 are racist. Just because something is about a sensitive subject like racism, it doesn't mean the people who made it or who act/sing/play it actually believe that.
Plus, the lead singer is gay, so he'd have to be retarded to actually sympathize with those ideologies himself.
