I listen to mainly experimental stuff. EAI improvised music, free jazz, noise etc. Very few of the artists I listen to are from US. Mostly from Europe, Japan or Australia

"Experimental" is a very broad term. There are hundreds of avant-garde musicians in the US alone. It's nearly impossible to know all of them, unless you highly specialize in that field.
