Albums you've stockholmed yourself into liking to fit in on /mu/.

Those are both legitimately great albums though.

loveless a shit

pretty much the only way to enjoy this album is stockholming

neo-/mu/ everybody!
>>63952615
I liked it after the first listen. Sorry you don't "get it," anon

>"Enjoying" the garbled mess that is TMR
Ok that was kinda baity of me, and I appreciate the album and what it does/did for music, but I just don't care to spend the time it takes to fully appreciate it.

>someone can't POSSIBLY like something I don't
Loveless is literally pop music that's been fuzzed the fuck out. Psychocandy on crack. It's not like it's a hard album to get. Still adore the fuck out of it but it's pretty easy to like.
>does something to fit into a particular group
>>63954021
I never implied that.
>>63954021
why put on a trip if none of your posts are good?
>>63954188
why half the people here don't even like it
>>63954055
You implied that someone can only like something by Stockholming themselves into it
That means that you implied that no one can genuinely enjoy a record you think one can only stockholm themselves into liking
>>63954071
Try harder
none, because you should just like what you like. there's no benefit in trying to like an album you don't enjoy.
i'm a big fan of shit like tim hecker, juliana barwick, colin stetson, tons of shit that most people i know don't like, but i wouldn't want them to try and listen to it out of obligation. people dig what they dig.
>>63954053
This.
>>63954315
It's not even mentioned that much, why did you do that anon?
