My fave producers of this current generation
1. Lil Ugly Mane (dude transends hip hop and his prod is very refreshing the Third Side of Tape showed he could still be very detailed and talented in many genres like metal, techno, punk, noise, etc. very versatile dude)
2.Earl Sweatshirt aka randomblackdude (listen to solace, best beat i heard in a while)
3.Sporting Life from Ratking (was in a noise music band, has the essence of new york but modernized, really catchy beats, has kinda of a punk rock vibe sometimes)
4. Ronny J (really good trap producer, hast got a very distinctive sound but had huge participation on denzel curry last album) beats are always liiiitt
5. Ka (really simple but effective beats, kinda sound like madlib but more new yorkish) rap is his main thing, dark lyrics and has impressive rhyme schemes, reminds me of DOOM, also has a huge knowledge in hip hop (listen to Off The Record)

I agree the beats on Underground Vol 1 are great. But im i the only one who prefers the lo fi 90s three six mafia to the 2000s, ? Their most recent songs sucks, the beats are cheesy.
