Are there any punk albums as good as or better than this?

As far as post-punk goes, there are a lot of contenders. Not that I'd call London Calling post-punk though, I don't consider it a true punk album either though. As far as reasonable contenders, and shit that will get posted in this thread - here's a list https://rateyourmusic.com/customchart?page=1&chart_type=top&type=album&year=alltime&genre_include=1&genres=Punk+Rock&include_child_genres=t&include=both&limit=none&countries=

Depends on your definition of punk. If you count protopunk then there's:
The Velvet Underground - White Light/White Heat
The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground & Nico
The Stooges - Raw Power
The Stooges - Fun House
If you count post-punk/art punk then there's:
Public Image Ltd. - Metal Box
Public Image Ltd. - First Issue
Wire - Pink Flag
Television - Marquee Moon
Devo - Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo!
Joy Division - Closer
this and If I Should Fall From Grace With God are among the finest punk albums ever.
