Loved them when I was a kid, not so much anymore. Still enjoy some songs off Far Beyond Driven and Trendkill, but rarely listen to Pantera in general.
Love the riffs, hate the random widley wee solos that doen't even go with the songs.
They were ok when I was 13. After that, what was the point.
Walk is still one of the heaviest songs of all time.

Cowboys from Hell is a pretty good album, has some of that intensity and rage that metal needs but isn't so far up its own ass that it forgets to be interesting.
Most of their discog is really boring to me, only because the tone never really changes. It's like you listen to Cowboys and Vulgar and that's really all you need because everything else just sounds similar.

vulgar display was a great album, so was far beyond, trendkill was meh and the rest is whatever
Hollow is some of the heaviest music I've ever heard. That song is meant to played as loud as possible with a lot of bass
Also, the outro solo to Floods is some of the best stuff Dime ever played
