There is no rapper that has influenced current rappers more than MF DOOM.
Prove me wrong.
A lot more rappers right now are citing Pac as one of their influences than Doom. It doesn't mean Doom is inferior though, I don't even like Tupac that much.

>tupac
Literally the Kurt Cobain of hip hop
>>63863508
you would know you millenial shit, it's such a low hanging fruit to call tupac overrated but none of you actually know a thing about him
>>63863449
That's only on the acid rap/experimental side of things but no doubt he influenced a lot of people
Kool keith actually did acid rap a few years before he did

>Literally the Kurt Cobain of hip hop
Ignoring your intention to incite, this is an accurate parallel. Just like Cobain, Tupac had waves of shitty imitators plaguing the years after his death, and just like Cobain, he's become a martyr.
Why would anyone try and prove you wrong? It's on you to attempt to prove your shitty ideas with your own shitty arguments.

>Y-Y-YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HIM, I KNOW BECAUSE I'M A REAL FAN
Fuck off, people only remember him because he was killed. If he was alive today, he would be no bigger than DMX or some okay tier rapper.

>None of you actually know a thing about him
I'm this poster for reference >>63863488
I don't know if Tupac is necessarily overrated but I don't personally like him because I find him to be a hypocrite. He preached a message about stopping gang violence, picking yourself up out of the gutter, becoming something of yourself.
In all actuality he was committing felonies, and pushing in the Crips shit (which got him killed).
Also I'm just not a huge fan of his music. All Eyez on Me and Killuminati are pretty good though. 2pacalypse now is alright but the production is pretty low quality.

Always thought Biggie was both a better rapper and more sincere for not plugging cheap "sage of the streets" shit.
>>63863643
Earl Sweatshirt, Tyler the Creator, Joey Badass, and many other newer rappers take influence from him and use a similar flow.

That's exactly my point. "Sage of the Streets".
Now GZA was a sage of the streets in my opinion. He didn't preach as if he was, but god was he ever.
>>63863712
Biggie was also much more technically skilled as a rapper.
