In terms of originallty, its pretty much a continuation of the sound from II, but I think they have a very unique blend of electronic and pop music. If youre looking for something more techno-heavy, their first album might be worth a listen

Ya i found EVOL forgettable in every sense of the word. I've been playing SS3 so much since release and almost every track (except Worth It) to me is a top 25 thugger track. I may be just a homer seeing as I'm a huge fan of his style but the tape for me has completely lived up to the lofty expectations I had for it:
