Holy shit. I know this album gets talked about all the time, but I've never actually taken the time to listen to it.
About a minute into the song Sunbather, I got really choked up. I'm still listening to it for the first time, going through.
Holy shit I never knew metal could be this beautiful, and I've listened to it for over half a decade. I strongly implore any fan of the genre to check this out right now if you've been putting it off.

Not shilling, I don't know what to tell you man but please give this album a try, I've been having a pretty mediocre week that's just turned around today and after this great day, this album is really accentuating my mood.
Its bretty gud, if you like this also listen to Wolves in the Throne Room - Two Hunters, Woods of Desolation - Torn Beyond Reason, Altar of Plagues - Teethed Glory and Injury

I mean you're 100% right but have fun having no one take you seriously

Thanks for the recs
Yeah, Sunthbather and Vertigo are the best tracks desu

I don't really care if random anons laugh at my expense, as long as they maybe give this a listen in the process
This is true.
Not normally a fan of this type of music, but this is really fucking good. Sunbather is GOAT track on that album, but From the Kettle onto the Coil is probably my favorite track from them. I think it was only released as a single.

Those are pretty good recommendations, especially WoD, but I have to say that no album or band gets me the special feeling of Sunbather.
pecan tree and dream house are 10/10s
sunbather is 9/10
violet from their first album is insanely good, too
