they were the shit when I was 12, but once you realize music has much more to offer than pop songs with angsty lyrics it's impossible to listen to.
meteora and hybrid theory will always have a special place in my heart though
they were the first band i ever like and i was quite a fan. Even after they release minutes to midnight and a thousand suns. But then they release the shitty thing that iwas Living things and I just couldn't get into it. It was New Divide: The album.
The worst thing is their last record. They think it's going back to their roots but it's just a parody of their sound, a bad one imo.

Chester screams the same shitty lyrics with every new album only they progressively get worse and cornier. Mike Shinoda's silly rapping style thing he did on like every album is absolutely ridiculous and has never fit into a single song correctly.
