What TV do you think has terrible music?
My choice would be The Office (US)

Any TV show that ends every episode with a sad acoustic singer songwriter bullshit song. It'd probably be easier to list the shows that don't do this, though.

The were mentioning it along with cheesy forgettable 80's bands so they were probably talking about their earlier discography. She also gets pissed that a woman doesn't know who Neu! is and makes fun of her for having entry-level taste in punk. There's been at least two episodes (I'm on season 3) where they make fun of P4K for being shit. I'm not really into indie rock but people like St. Vincent and Joanna Newsom have made guest appearances and Carrie Brownstein (the actor who plays the female lead) is part of Sleater-Kinney
