Bon Iver is keaten henson and nickdrake on a day that isn't so fucked but they still gave me equal instead of sweet and low. But the fucking wolves man

Yeah it's a pretty fucking great album. I think its lush arrangements are pretty underrated. People will dismiss this as "DUDE SKINNY LOVE LMAO" but damn this is a work of art.

This album has some glorious moments, but definitely not a 10. The guy is an insane talent though, I will listen to anything he releases for the rest of his days.
For Emma is closer to a 10. The songs themselves are some of the best written this century... but he didn't completely flesh them out until after For Emma was already recorded.
I really like it, but the Shins, Andrew Bird, the Decemberists, Elliott Smith, Nick Drake, Fleet Foxes, and Iron & Wine all have better indie folk records.

This is his best release. Doesn't matter that it's only a 4 song EP.
