The new venetian album is great. I've been really enjoying it. Currently AOTY material desu. Something about it is extremely satisfying as a whole. The complexity from past albums remain. He also eliminated stylistic flubs he new he was capable of by constricting himself to analog, look at his previous album for example.
It's really accessible while still retaining the core complexities of a venetian album. At this point I'd it's potentially the best introduction to him as an artist to new listeners.
