Is this a joke? British people exclusively make American music. Hip hop, rock, jazz, house, and R&B are all American genres, not British. I seriously can't think of a single British artist who independently developed a sound on their own. Name one British artist and I will point you to five Americans he derived his music from. Britain is and always has been one of the least musically gifted nations, just look at their classical composers.
