If this is the show I'm thinking of it wasn't that good of a performance. She's generally pretty good though. She's probably not playing as difficult stuff as people want to believe but she's good at getting across what she's playing.

Her choreography is because she thought it looked fun during the LTG tour and it helps keep her focused and all the noise and "fuzz pedal fuckery" is simply because she thinks it sounds cool. She's even said she thinks as the guitar more as a noise making machine than the way it's traditionally been used. Maybe there is some meanings behind the choreography but it's not like anyone could know that. What little she's said about it is that some of the stuff is "Beyonce moves slowed down". There's nothing pretentious or high art about what she's doing but people will argue and argue and argue until the heat death of the universe that St. Vincent thinks she's better than everyone else because she likes to play fuzz guitar and started implementing choreography.
