I enjoy the instrumentation but the vocals are mixed too high and not delivered incredibly well

i really enjoyed this a nice wide variety od moods, atmospheres, sounds and influences. there were some really nice smooth melodic moments but also lots with just really big nice heavy textures and (for want of a better term) walls of sound. nice guitar tone throughout and nice tasteful use of delay/reverb. pretty nice mix overallthre were times the kick got lost on the pretty shitty in ear's im listening on but other than that seemed lnicely balanced etc. my favourite track was probably minutes, incidents or gemini. really nice stuff

listened to most of this. i enjoyed the low bassier tones tones in the background, and they did form a nice contrast with the lead synths. however the lead synths most of the time never really felt like they did anything, and they sounded slightly too cheesy for the atmosphere you seem to be going for. the idea's there. you just need to work a bit on your execution.

I just finished this project that I have been working on for awhile now. It is primarily simplistic ambient music with a focus of transporting the listener to a glacial, arctic, and barren atmosphere. I'd appreciate if you gave it a listen and left some feedback. It's the first project I have done in awhile. Currently working on a harsh noise concept album. Sounds stupid, but I'm hoping that it turns out well.
Also, free download!

Me
>>63620542
I really enjoy the loosness of it all. Like a cloud being slowly and subtley torn apart by the wind, from itself into nothingness. The beats help the other music have a purpose, and would otherwise be lost without it. But that doesn't mean the main music isn't good; just that the songs as a whole work together very well.
Stoked! Expect a download from me once I get near a better internet connection. Bookmarked.
>>63620324
Diggin' the green cover. Reminds me of Big Black. That should be the real cover, in my opinion. Your songs are short form, which I enjoy greatly. Leaves me wanting more and doesn't overstay it's welcome. These songs stretch like rubber, and give me the feeling of being enveloped by musical molasses, struggling to escape but loving every noise that invades my ear canals. Are most of these samples or your own voice? Either way it's nice! Good job, man.
>>63620171
You look like a total hipster faggot, and your aesthetic leaves me rolling my eyes. I get the whole shitty-shtick you're going for with the album artwork and your pineapple hairdo, but I still think it's inauthentic and dishonest when presenting art to an audience.
That being said, YOUR MUSIC IS GREAT! It's almost like free-form jazz drumming with the airy flow of most shoegaze bands. The whole story you're trying to tell with this doesn't follow through with the music, and you might be shooting a bit higher than your artistic abilities will let you. Keep up the work, try to be more honest with your appearance and don't aim to be a hipster faggot; then again, you're French so it's to be expected. I will keep an eye on you! Good work!
>>63621524
Thanks a lot! All of the production is sampled from obscure tracks on Youtube and what.cd (funk, UK garage, new wave, etc).
Funny thing is that I tried listening to your stuff earlier today but I had a headache so I couldn't handle it. This is some of the best harsh noise that I've heard on here. First of all, your aesthetic and image is drastically better than the average harsh noise artist (for example: Savage Hippy's stupid cropped paintings for album covers). I love how this switches styles so often and so seamlessly. I certainly enjoyed the guitar parts and the one rapped part. I think that a full album of any of those ideas would be amazing.
>>63621157
Good job Onat... good job... fuck off.
>>63620542
Eh, it's alright. It's not groundbreaking or awing but it does a good job of following its formula and being a cohesive project. It's relatively textured (which is better than most Bandcamp ambient) and all the drum beats are rhythmically sound. Just my personal taste but I would enjoy this much more if it had deep sub bass or wobble bass to keep it interesting because the synth pads and melancholic drum beats are not enough to keep me into it.
>>63620472
You're going in the right direction if you want to stick to ambient but I don't see what more you could do as an artist since you already recorded your whole environment around you. Not much I can say on it as it does its job and is just ambient music.

I think this is the best ironic release of this year so far. Reminds of that girl from 16 And Pregnant who released an album mixed with gay Youtube vloggers like Troye Sivan. These Garageband beats are so derivative that it is engrossing to me for literally no reason.
>>63619837
Get someone to produce you because the production on this makes this unlistenable. It's good instrumentally and lyrically (from what is barely audible) but this is recorded terribly and not even in a cool lo-fi way.

just listened to some of this. if it wasn't set as free download, i'd pay a few bucks for it. the sheer variety and detail to this is amazing. just how well the different recordings (which amazingly, sound taken from several input devices and fidelities) fit together to form a landscape without feeling rushed or choppy is a rarity in these threads. huge rec to this. great stuff.

Like this a lot. So many people post their singer songwriter albums that are literally just them singing and playing a guitar, with no back up instrumentation. You, on the other hand, seem to do the opposite and it worked out magnificently in my opinion. Defiantly checking out your other work. It is very sad and melancholic.
