The Youtube button does a search on Youtube of the currently playing track. I use it to quickly get a link that I can paste on a chat or /mu/. I rate the songs as I listen to them, if I'm not on my computer I'll rate the whole album with a single rating later on. I have a shit load of music and doing this helps me keep track of it.
