I personally really love OK Computer and rate it 9/10 but I understand why people would think differently. There was definitely a few tracks I used to skip over but they really grew on me and helped me appreciate the album as a whole.

I'd say In Rainbows is the superior of the two. It's just a tighter, more consistently good record, and more varied in sound. Though I will say in terms of closers, Street Spirit > Videotape.
