Is that good or bad?
Stuff that makes a man feel beta. Surprisingly my girlfriend doesn't like Dallas Green so I have no need to listen to that junk because I'm not lonely
never heard a second of his music but the name is genius

Still doesn't change the fact that you're a pleb.
His music is alright, but is the epitome of all things nu-male. He does have an awesome voice though. Also, Alexisonfire>City and Colour
In Canada, he's basically equivalent to every other lame indie nu-folk band out there...so yeah not great
Can speak too much about C&C, I love his vocals in Alexisonfire though - very fitting for their shoegaze-esque "Watch Out!".

Generic singer-songwriter stuff. Meh.
not a fan. but I wonder if the similarity between these two albums is a coincidence?

>Alexisonfire
>shoegaze
ehh? That's a stretch my dude.
But yeah, I'm Canadian so I've been hearing this tatted scenester for a decade. I recall being 14-15 and thinking "man, that dude going whoooaa in the bg of Alexisonfire should really go on his own" and then he actually did! The absolute madman!
He's got a a really good voice, but it also lacks balls. My gf loves it, but he does sound super beta and has absolutely no grit. He also hasn't written a good song since the album you posted, which was 9 years ago...

"Watch Out!" defiantly has some shoegaze-influence (see "It was fear that made me odd")

Listening to it gives you erectile dysfunction.
Not a huge fan of this kind of music but I've always loved Dallas. His first three albums are really great, and there is some pretty good tracks on his newest. His voice is pretty great.

Little Hell is a great album and that came out in 2011 though.
