Why does it sound like generic electronic music to me with nothing special or mind blowing? It's irritating me, i keep asking people and they tell me it's great but I never understood why.

Burial is my favourite artist. I don't have last.fm so I can't be certain but I doubt there are too many more people on this planet who have spent more time listening to him.
It's beautiful music, it's there in the sad times and the happy times. This is his best album but all his music is fantastic.

I found it really difficult to get into Burial to begin with but once you're listening to it in the right context and right emotional frame, then it'll just click. He's one of my favorite artists now.
