s/t, Strange Days, Morrison Hotel, and LA Woman are all 9/10 or higher and anyone who dislikes any of them (or even worse, throws out labels like "entry-level" or "dad-rock") sort of disgusts me tbqh

Favorite dadrock band, and the one that got me to start listening to music in the first place. Might not always be in the mood for them but still god-tier to me.
Strange Days has some killer songs (unhappy girl, people are strange, my eyes have seen you). It's one of my favourite albums.
I did a speech on this band in college that was supposed to be 8 minutes, but I wound up talking for 21 minutes. I fucking love this band. I don't give a fuck if people calls it dad rock or some stupid shit, the music is great.

I've loved The Doors since I was a little kid, hanging out in my big brothers room listening to all their albums and him rambling on about them for hours. We went and saw The Doors of the 21st century when they came to Australia with Ian Astbury filling in for Jim. It was incredible. Dream come true.
