It's a basic pop album that breaks no new ground. Just like how tame impala are a beatles rip off band, grimes rips off other pop artists that came before her. People on mu just listen to it because they want to listen to music from their generation so they aren't labeled "le wrong generation reddit users." It's not bad music, just like tame impala isn't bad, but they both just rip off previous artists and bring nothing new to the table.
