I gave up on emo threads shortly after that started sadly, and so did a LOT of people. /emo/ used to frontpage and it's dead as fuck now.
anyway i'm hype af for the new dowsing stuff, got my fingers crossed since i haven't liked nearly anything a lot of the bigger emo bands have put out recently

I've been waiting for them to show up but so far it hasn't been too bad.
But anyway I didn't know dowsing was coming out with new stuff so I'm pretty excited to hear that. I wasnt too keen on their last effort but honestly anything new from them would be great.
Also, anyone else notice a strange pattern of modern emo bands coming out witu a great debut effort and a meh second one?
