his music is utterly bland. so many of his tracks use the same style of limp arpeggios and thuddy drums as so many others. tracks like the opus remix, and even 'classics' like moth, are just top-tier dullness, and it genuinely baffles me how people worship him so much.
what also baffles me is the sheer AMOUNT of music that he manages to put out on his label, either by himself or by others, so much of which just seems like a half-arsed choice - like he absolutely had to put something out so just picked a tune arbitrarily that aligns with his own insipid 'melody meets bassweight' style. case in point: joe - thinkin' about, aka the second most overhyped shit tune of 2015, only slightly falling behind his own eric prydz remix

yes i have, and listened to loads online. all utterly mediocre, although in a different way i guess. he tries to do eclecticism in the same way bufo does and generally just completely falls flat in comparison. when he does something like play an old bassline / garage tune, it feels less like a clever curveball (like it might do with a better dj), and more like overindulgence, in the same way that most of the music he pushes feels incredibly overindulgent
only exception i would say is his first just jam, that's the one set of his i thought had a genuinely impressive selection

Yes, the stock earpads kinda suck, especially if you wear glasses like me or use them for a long time.
But I got velour earpads and they are fine now, and they even got a better sound.
The m50 are no longer sold, but the m50X has slightly better earpads.
