I personally know two people who dropped out of high school and later went on to achieve PhDs.
You get more second chances in life than people lead you to believe. First thing you should do is find a job that pays more than minimum wage. Then save up. Go to community college, do well. Transfer to a state uni. Work the whole time so you don't have crippling debt.

Excel in a job that doesn't require a degree and work your way up. I also know many people who have done very well for themselves without a college degree.
Working with a purpose makes your life seem less worthless.
