He's becoming too much of an attention whore and breaking the "essence" of the band. He went from an actor with a costume playing a role to a guy with some paint on his face.

The hatred and dislike towards Ghost does seem to have increased judging by this thread. Yeah there were always some haters and people making fun of the band. But at the same time there were people who did like Ghost to balance those people out a bit. Whatever. Ghost is one of my favorite bands and /mu/ hating on them isn't going to change that.

How old are you and what metal/rock bands do you like to listen to? Also, I think a lot of 2000s-born kids would know about music from the 70s. I don't know if you know this but we have this wonderful thing called the internet, where people of all ages can look up and listen to music from about any decade when music was recorded, including the 70s.
