I've only listened to Currents and it was pretty good/above adequate. Which of their earlier works is better?

i found lonerism to be too much of the same psychodelic paul style, and while currents has way too many filler songs, the ones that stand out are generally better than anything on lonerism.

well i think the idea of taking something as complicated as the psychedelic expereince and applying it to pop music isnt mediocre at all, in fact its quite diffcuilt to put a unique spin on it after so many have tried and failed
i think kevin parker succeeds on all fronts, and his critical acclaim is not surprising
his music is actually taking more risks and becoming more progressive and yet hes still trying to aim for that impossible pop standard
