So I have a promotional CD copy of Panda Bear's album Person Pitch, and printed inside is a link to Noah's press page hosted on the Paw Tracks website. I assume this link was meant to be visited by radio stations, venue owners, and record executives as a brief showcase of Panda's value within the music industry.
My question: Is this common knowledge? Because there are a lot of pictures of Panda on this press page I've never seen, as well as some dialogue that tries to talk up Panda and Animal Collective to whoever is reading. I'll post some.
General Panda Bear and Animal Collective discussion is welcome.
Have basically not really delved into anything AnCo related, but I'm interested OP
This one really caught my eye.
Here's one picture of Panda Bear there was on the website. Has anyone ever seen this?
post the link?

I had to resize this cool illustration. It was originally over the filesize limit. Original dimensions are 2360x3456.
What else is a label for but this kind of thing. It sounds super lame on one hand but on the other it is a truly great record. But I bet all their press releases sound like this.

Here is another dialogue.
>(dance music style)

cool shit op
This picture I found reminded me of early AnCo years, when they were still wearing their masks. I find it interesting that Panda played with the idea of completely transforming into a panda bear.
found the link

It's mostly downhill from here. The rest of the content are "rare Pandas," plus a bio a couple paragraphs long about Noah himself. It's juicy. I'll post it soon. I'm glad I found this because not only is there insight into Noah's history as an artist, but it also shows how he approached the challenge of making a name for himself in the music industry. Fascinating.

Pretty sure someone from paw tracks wrote all that. They have people in charge of shit like that. All he did was pose for the photos.

Here is the Panda Bear bio. Neat to see how in 2007 he was marketed as a nomad, same as how the PBVSGR campaign saw him cast as a lonely wanderer.
Here's another rare picture of panda bear with his wife

Just a regular dude. INCREDIBLE.

I figured as much. Still, this is something I haven't seen before and it's really damn interesting.

I have more Noah Lennoxes than you do Panda costume stock images.
There are even very bizarre pictures like this one. Very strange.

Original dimensions of this image are 3230x2422

The press page names Maureen Gubia as the illustrator of the pencil drawing of Noah. I went to her website, searched his name, and found yet another neat piece of art based around his face. This was made in 2010, yet it has echoes of the Painting With aesthetic nonetheless.
I don't have much left to post, but I've found another neat bit of information. The photos where Panda has longer hair and is in a desert are credited to Fernanda Pereira. That's his wife.
