Nothing super human but I started to become way more flirtatious with my female friends due to necessity and doing that more often has made me much better at it. Also I've been more regular with regards to going to the gym and maintaining a proper diet. Really just about every other task like those two that requires long term discipline just got way easier.
Plus the confidence boost from knowing you're able to ween yourself off of a habit you've had for (in my case) over a decade is pretty nice.
