He wouldn't make one because vapor-wave is a shitty transient fad that plays on the ease of use of modern production methods, a transient, faddish sense of retrogressive aesthetics dating back to a period which will soon seem cliche and overplayed due to its immense fetishization by trendy teens, and modern technology that demands little to no skill or subtlety, resulting in a massively derivative genre, which people will instantly tire of and find normal and boring once the next wave of mass pop nostalgia comes around.
