Yes, it is an actual album, some undermine its legitemacy by arguing it's a screencap of the game, but then again different albums exist which use game screenshots as their covers, pic related. But this album is very real, I think I saw it once in a sharethread even.

memes aside I vaguely remember reading some literature that said non distracting music at a moderate volume improved focus on some prescribed tasks. I wasn't able to find it right away though.
