My idea on how to improve it is replace Chris with Ty Dolla $ign.
Have Chance do the "sun don't shine in the shade" bit and add a verse by Kanye and A$AP Rocky.
But either way it'd be an obvious leftover along with Silver Surfer.

I dislike the new transition into the second part of the song. The new line is unnecessary.
In general it sounds cleaner though. There's still something really flat about the song up until the second part starts (when the sample kicks in).
