He's technically good and has some funny lines, but musically beatwise and in terms of flow and delivery, he offers nothing new. It doesn't even sound like he has a passion for hip hop or music in general. He literally said he started rapping to promote his comedy so it makes sense I guess. He isn't out there enough to be a good comedy rapper and he doesn't care about music enough to be a serious rapper, even though he'll pretend to be both.
