Nai Harvest's first album was pretty good for a two piece. Their new music is bland as fuck. Sounds like they are trying to be background music in a posh record store now.
My buddy's group is a two piece most of the time but they bring on a bassist for shows. I'll share if anyone's interested, they sound like a green day wannabe band though - might be your thing though.

Did you ever get to see The Chariot? I saw '68 open for Chiodos so naturally almost no one in the crowd knew who they were and they were going nuts by the end of the set. I'm actually kind of surprised they're not more talked about since they kill it at all their shows.
