not underrated in general but never seen it on /mu/ because memetano and memeruffi haven't reviewed it
One of the most diverse and experimental albums I've heard, which I know is never going to generate anything more than cult appeal (>le circus music, le prog wank, le so quirky, le tibs benora etc.) but I'm still somewhat surprised this isn't vaunted as much as Imaginary Sonicscape. Very dense, layered and downright fun album.
Their whole discography except maybe 3 is incredibly under appreciated
