Bleeps and bloops. R&B. Jazz, I make sure there's more bops than free. Bossa nova is acceptable on occasion. Of course you have to listen to classical styles, you can decide where you start and which eras you like more.
There's much more music but the important thing is to eliminate rock music from your listening habits and if that's not entirely possible limit it as much as possible.
I'm happy to say I haven't listened to a rock song in a week. someone at work did turn the radio to the rock station but I handled that situation by accidentally knocking over the radio.
