Really depends. Spotify works much better on Android in pretty much every conceivable way except for the arbitrary limit they give you of 3,333 songs downloaded to your phone, which is incredibly annoying.
Apple Music is great on iOS though and lets you put all of your music in one place, while with Spotify you need to have two music players, one for official releases and one for mixtapes/leaks/albums not available to stream. However, it doesn't have scrobbling support on Android.
Personally, I use Google Play since I'm on Android but that has its flaws too, like not being able to search for music to stream while being in downloaded only mode. I get why it works that way, but I'd like to be able to see what's downloaded to my phone as well as search for whatever when I want to stream something without having to back out of several menus and tap a button.
