In addition to you being loved, you should know that there is someone out there who would help you if you asked. Asking for help by far the hardest part, but once you tell that first person it will all open up.
I can't listen to music when I am depressed. I can't do anything I enjoy when I am depressed. All I can do is lay in bed. However I listened to The Unnatural World and had a complete break down. Try that I guess OP.
