Is he still GOAT / a GOAT contender rapper?
easily has some of the best wordplay / rhyming skills of any MC out there
but /mu/ will still contest this unironically

too bad he only uses that wordplay and rhyming finesse to keep going "DUDE IM SO FUCKING CRAZY"
For the early 2000's he was goat, but thats not saying much since those were some of the worst years for rap music

MMLP was his only good album

I've only listened to his first two. The Marshall Mathers LP is such a brilliant work of satire and social commentary that I'm content to leave it at that and never listen to anything else by him.
No one liked rap god? It broke a record I believe..

SSLP is also good. Em is still a GOAT and only a real contrarian will say otherwise.

otherwise
IMO he is the early late 90's early 00's GOAT.
MMLP, SSLP and The Eminem Show (fuck you I loved The Eminem Show) are three pretty great albums, especially when compared to other early 2000's rap music.

damn...
He never was you retard
There is no way he is The GOAT. Not even a contender for The GOAT
He is/is a contender to be a GOAT. I think that he is one of the GOATs, but many would disagree.

late 2000s were WAYYYYYY worse are you memeing?
Everything eminem show and before was good. He got a hell of a lot worse after that.

nice trips
he's one of the best if not the best in technical skill. too bad he raps nothing but edgy "i wanna rape and kill my mom/ex-wife" on the albums worth listening to.
literal definition of wasted talent
nope. in his battle days he was good but the shtick has grown tired.
