The latter was the best album put the together by the band- their true magnum opus my man. They got out of every standard of Metal and went in their way to make "melodic" thrash metal, which in itself is a contradiction of the genre's very soul, yet, they pulled it off masterly. S/t is one of the best metal songs in existence.

Justice was a great album, but the lack of bass and the sometimes pretentious song lengths, topics, and fuck even some solos, was cringy to say the least. MoP it's a great piece overall, in no way worst than Justice.

That was the first metal CD I ever saw and heard. It scared me. I must have been about 8 or 9. We were at some friends of my parents, whose sons were a bit older than me, and they were showing it off to look cool and edgy.
I went on to become a metalhead, but that had nothing to do with it.

Wrong - death magnetic is a rehashed version of old metallica - more of a parody of who they used to be.
Hetfields voice is too fucked to be singing along with standard E tuning. fucker should have kept the drop c going. Would have been way more fitting.
Also you are really, really, really wrong comparing death magnetic to ajfa - two different beasts - one with incredibly iconic riffs and solos - the other...
